We offer 100% refunds on every in stock purchase made through our store. We do not charge a restocking fee, but you are responsible for returning the item to us in the condition it was received. Regardless of the reason for return, we will take every measure to ensure your satisfaction. If your item came defective and you would like to have it fixed, please see the Warranty page. If for whatever reason you would like a refund, please see our policy below.
We accept returns of unused merchandise for a period of (30) days. Returns made within (30) days are eligible for a 100% refund. To be considered in new, unworn condition, the item must be returned in the original packaging and if a watch, the bracelet must not have been sized. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, please contact us to arrange a return. You can ship us back the item using any method, but you are responsible for it getting back to us. If you want us to use one of our return labels, we can send you one and deduct it from your refund.
We do not accept any returns past (30) days of the purchase date.
Pre-Orders: Due to the nature of pre-orders, we do not typically accept returns or give full refunds. We may authorize returns and give a partial refunds on a case by case basis.
