Your Blacklist watch is covered by a 12 month international warranty from its date of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear of components, or damage caused by accident or mishandling, or the loss or theft of your watch. Any modification of your watch by the addition of non-original parts, or the substitution of parts with non-original parts will void your warranty. For repairs, you may be asked to send the item directly to our repair facility to expedite the repair process and you shall bear all incurred costs and risk of loss or damage while the item's in transit.
Estimated repair time is 3 weeks for minor repairs and 2 months for major repairs. When the item is ready, we will inform you and you can pick a shipping method.

Example of items not covered under warranty. Dent in case from watch being dropped. Scratches on crystal, other wear and tear issues.
To accurately process your repair request, we may require photos or a video showing the defect. We may ask that you do some limited troubleshooting in the case of any mechanical malfunctions to try and better assess the repair needed. If you are outside of the USA, we reserve the right to reimburse you for documented repair work done locally, in order to avoid expensive international shipping costs.
Do not send any item back without contacting us and receiving return instructions first.
